Privacy Policy

This website is operated by 【Company legal name】 (UEN 【UEN】) ("we", "us"), a robotics education provider based in Singapore. For any privacy question, contact us at admin@elebotx.com.

When you submit an enrolment form, we collect: the student's name, gender (optional), school and grade; the parent or guardian's name, email address and (optionally) telephone number; the class selected; a referral code if one was provided; and how you heard about us. We also record the date and time you accepted these policies, and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from, if any.

We use this information only to: process and confirm your enrolment; contact you about the class, payment and schedule; issue invoices and receipts; administer our referral reward programme; understand which channels bring families to us; and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Most of our students are minors. We collect a student’s personal data only from, and with the consent of, a parent or guardian. The enrolment form requires a guardian to confirm consent, and we record the time that consent was given.

If you believe a child’s data has been provided to us without guardian consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Some lessons involve the robot’s camera and perception features — for example, detecting a person or an object as part of a teaching example — and some involve the robot speaking. These demonstrations are conducted only in class and under teacher supervision.

Images captured during lessons are not stored, not analysed for any other purpose, and not shared, and we do not create or keep any recognition records of students.

Photographs or videos of students are taken only where the parent or guardian has given consent in the enrolment form, and that consent may be withdrawn at any time.

We use a cookie consent banner. If you accept, we load Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are viewed, and actions such as reaching or submitting the enrolment form. If you decline, analytics scripts are not loaded at all.

You can change your choice at any time, and you can block cookies in your browser settings.

We share data only with the service providers who help us operate: our email delivery provider, our website hosting and database providers, and our accountants where required. These providers process data on our instructions.

We may disclose data if required by law or by a Singapore authority.

Enrolment and payment records are kept for as long as is needed to administer your child’s course and to meet accounting and legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Enquiry records that do not lead to an enrolment are kept for 【retention period】.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for future use. Email admin@elebotx.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer administer an enrolment.

We protect data with encrypted connections, restricted database access, and access controls on our administrative systems.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page.
