Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

Submitting the enrolment form is a request to enrol, not a confirmed place. A place is confirmed only when we contact you, confirm availability, and receive payment. We will contact you within 24–48 hours of your submission.

Each level runs for a fixed number of lessons: Levels 1 to 3 comprise 12 lessons, and Level 4 comprises 16 lessons. Lesson frequency, dates, times and venue are published on the course page. The course fee for a level is charged as a single amount for the whole level.

The current fee for Level 1 is S$1,200 for 12 lessons.

Course fees are published on our course pages. After we confirm a place, we will send you an invoice by email. Payment is by PayNow to our UEN or by bank transfer. A place is not reserved until payment is received. We will issue a receipt by email once payment is confirmed.

Class dates, times and venue are as published on the course page and confirmed by email. We may occasionally need to reschedule a lesson, change the venue, or substitute a teacher. Where a change is significant, we will notify you by email as early as possible.

A class may be cancelled if enrolment does not reach the minimum number of students. If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid for that class, or you may transfer to another class.

If you wish to withdraw, notify us by email at admin@elebotx.com. The following applies by default:

• More than 【N】 days before the first lesson: full refund, less an administrative fee of 【amount】.

• Within 【N】 days of the first lesson, or after the course has started: fees are not refundable, but you may transfer the place to another student with our approval.

Refunds are made by the same method used for payment, within 【N】 working days of approval.

Missed lessons are not refunded. Where a lesson recording or a make-up arrangement is available, we will tell you by email.

Students must follow the teacher’s safety instructions at all times. Robots and equipment may only be operated under supervision, and all equipment is provided by us.

We may decline or end a student’s participation if their conduct endangers themselves or others, or seriously disrupts the class. No refund is given in that case.

The enrolment form asks for consent to photograph or film students and their project work for our teaching materials, website and social media. Consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time by email; withdrawing does not affect the enrolment.

Students own the code and project work they create. We may use teaching materials, slides, simulation environments and course documentation for teaching purposes only; they may not be redistributed without our written permission.

We take reasonable care to provide a safe learning environment, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
